The villa is a perfect home for a group of friends or a large family: 4 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom. Parking for 2 cars and a small cave for a boat - it will come in handy in case you hire a boat to explore Lake Como from the water.
Among the comforts of the villa, a private dock and private access to the lake.
All bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
Large patio overlooking the lake, hydromassage tub (open from April to September but also until the end of the season on request!) and a beautiful garden for the exclusive use of guests.

La zona circostante

A hot tub overlooking Lake Como and you’re own boat dock; this villa is not your average lakeside getaway. If you’re not using your own boat, the ferry jetty is a three-minute walk from the villa, ready to whisk you to the lakeside delights of Bellagio or Varenna for the day. Or, stick around in the peaceful village of Sala Comacina, with its lakeside lido and handful of local restaurants.

Attività e attrazioni

The villa’s outdoor space is, quite simply, stunning. A panoramic view of the azure lake, flanked by rich green mountains is on offer from every lawn lounger, parasol-shaded dining table and covered veranda. Perhaps the best spot to take in the vista is from the comfort of the bubbling hot tub. Picture-frame windows inside mean you don’t miss out on Lake Como views in the bedrooms either. Glass French doors and a wall of windows open the opulent living room out to the covered veranda, blending indoors with outdoors.
