No hot water for 5 days
Rented this home for my family. Baby cots available. Nice remote area. Car required. We stayed 13 days. The boiler crashed, so we had no hot water 5 days. We travelled with 2 small kids (one still a baby). Many contact with customer support. Boiler replaced 1 day for check out. Sufferd for 5 days without hot water. No compensation received at all. Very bad service. No value for money. Would not recommend this company.

Dear jeanet, we regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. We have checked this case and you warned 3 days before your check out that you did not have hot water, the same day our technician came to the house and you had hot water for a period. The next day you informed us that it was not working again and you were informed that a new thermos will be installed..
