Ciao!! We're very proud to welcome you in our apartment, you'll be at the TOP FLOOR (Total of 57 steps, 44 until the apartment's entrance door, wich is at the second floor, and 13 steps inside the apartment until the third floor, NO ELEVATOR, no one has an elevator in historic center) in a small tipic ancient building dating 1580 in the beating heart of Florentine medieval historic center, UNESCO world heritage, a privileged position in the middle of Renaissance story and its operas, a block from Duomo (1min by walk) and Michelangelo's David (2 mins), all the "MUST" are within 20' walking distance.

You can find many windows with this view, some balcony but really few terraces (90sf).... icing on the cake is our exclusive terrace with a stunning private point of view of the Brunelleschi's Cupola (600 years) that makes the apartment unique, a real rare pearl where you can stay in love with Florence for your once-in-a-lifetime experience, enjoy surreal relaxing moments while hear the violin of the street artists from Duomo square or the bells of the Giotto's tower, here you can have a breakfast, made an aperitivo enjoying the italian "Dolce Vita" or dine while enjoy the magic sunset shades behind the Cupola, this is the ideal place for those looking for a unique experience, a special apartment different from all the others for create your memories!

After 5 months of complete renovation, in which we have put ourselves with body and soul, trying to create the ideal place that we would like to find in our travel, we are very proud to welcome you in our stylish, cozy and romantic attic, modern but not cold, simple but functional, of design but not flashy, the concept behind the restoration is "less is more" but the attention to details is maniacal and nothing was left to chance, from the bathroom's design sinks to the heaters with Cupola logo, from the lighting that highlights the ancient brick wall to the one hidden in the bed headboard, from the steel table legs to the minimal coat hanger (We haven't traditional closet or drawers), from the stainless steel kitchen top to the soap dispenser made by real stone (very heavy, pay attention!!), it would have been much easier and cheaper to furnish it with IKEA furniture but we choose to made all custom handmade on our design by local artisans, we made it to create even an experience that is a part of your travel, not just an apartment, like many others, where go to sleep at night, we hope that you can appreciate and like it as much as we do!!!

You'll have 500sf at your complete and private disposition, a main room with KING SIZE bed (And a giant 80" 4K smart TV with free Netflix), a living room/kitchen with comfy sofa bed (60" 4k smart TV with free Netflix) and 2 BATHROOMS, each one with access from its room, a sliding door can separate the living from main room for complete privacy if you are, for example, 2 couples of friends, the access to the living is from the main room.

COMFORT:
One of the things that was much appreciated is that there isn't an upper floor, then no steps noise, no rubbing of chairs in the middle of the night!!
The Daikin Emura aircon (Very efficent and really silent), anti-noise windows, orthopedic KING SIZE mattress in memory foam (5,90x6,56x10" - 180x200x25cm), feathers blanket (Provided only in winter season Oct-May), Daunen Step feathers pillows and blackout curtains (all new and high quality) will guarantee your perfect rest.
In the hot Florentine summer, the laundry don't provide blanket, we provide a double layer sheet and we ensure that you'll don't need a blanket, we suggest to set the AC to 25-26C° (77-79F) instead 18C° (64°F)
Every new guests, we change linens, pillowcases, towels and bath mat, weekly we also turn the mattress to keep it in shape and change mattress cover and pillows covers.

HEATING or Air Conditioning:
DUE TO THE ITALIAN LAW, the heating can be switched on the 1st of November and must be switched off 15th of April, it can't be more than 21°C degree (70°F), the heaters are centralized and already setted to the MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY THE LAW, if the temperature in apartment is already 21°C, it switch off automatically and the radiators are cold.
If you want less hot just let us know, we can control it by remote (only for less hot).

DUE TO ITALIAN LAW, Air Conditioning can be switched on from 31th May until 30th September and the temperature can't be less than 24°C degree (75,2°F), it have the function to prevent them from being accidentally left on when the guests leaves the apartment, each unit, after 20 minutes that does not detect anyone in the room, switches off automatically.

So, in the period between 30th September to 1st November and 15th April to 31th May we can't switch on heaters or AC but we ensure that you'll be comfy, we have double layer insulated windows and provide duvet blankets.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is provided with a double induction plate, microwave, toaster, WASHING/DRYING machine (All in 1), DISHWASHER (We provide HE pods for both), Italian moka coffee machine (We provide the ground coffee), fridge with freezer and all the necessary for cook, for your safety there is NO GAS inside the apartment.

BEDS ORGANIZATION:
The standard organization is for 2 people in the main room's KING SIZE BED, if you are 2 but you want to sleep separately (Friends, parents...) let us know WHEN YOU BOOK, we must provide extra linens and open and organize the sofa bed for a little fee for the extra linens and service.
NO EXTRA LINENS WILL BE PROVIDED AND NO SOFA BED WILL BE OPENED AND PREPARED WITHOUT PRIOR SPECIFIC REQUEST.
If you are 3 or 4 persons, just SELECT IT WHEN YOU BOOK, linens and towels are included (kids 0-2yo are free, we ask only the fee for the extra linens if they sleep in the sofa bed, kids 2-18yo are considered guests from Airbnb).

DOCUMENTS:
AS PER ITALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ANTI-TERRORISM LAW we must register the data of EACH GUEST (childs of every age included) like hotels, B&B or any other touristic accommodation.
We know, some hosts don't ask any documents (at its own risk), in other cities (Milan, Venice, Rome...) they can ask when you check-in but, since in Florence there are more than 15 millions tourists/year, local police department rules requires that we send all of your data included in the document WHEN YOU BOOK, once the reservationis finalized, you can send a shot of each of your document (PASSPORT or ID or DL without hidden) through Airbnb using the "+" symbol on the bottom left of the Airbnb application chat (you can attach it only once the reservation is confirmed), it's a safe way and you can delete them after we registered.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, ONLY the Airbnb guests present in the reservation are allowed, NO OTHER GUESTS OR EVEN TEMPORARY VISITORS ARE ALLOWED, for security reason, insurance reasons and by the law.
If someone joins at the last moment, they must be absolutely communicated and we must have a photo of each document, is most important that we register BEFORE he/she enters.
Please respect this simple rule or your security deposit will be waived and we must report to the authorities.
We can't accommodate minors under the age of 18 unaccompanied by responsible adults.
The reservation must be made by who physically will stay in the apartment, not on behalf of parents/friends/employee, create an account require few minutes.

COSTS:
Linens, towels, Wi-Fi, Netflix, aircon or heating, tourist tax and all the utilities are included in the price and no other will be requested during your stay.
Linens and towels (provided by a professional laundry) and a professional cleaner (not underpaid) that sanitize every time before and after your stay are fixed costs even for a 1-night stay, note that our price will be charged with Airbnb fee (about 15%) and tourist tax (6€/pax/night) that Airbnb collect for Florence district, consider it in the "Value" section if you want to review us.
The ITALIAN LEGISLATION for this type of rental (short time rental) is very stringent, allow us to provide linens and 1 set of towels (1 shower and 1 hands) each guest until a stay of 7 nights, on prior request, for a fee we can supply more, daily cleaning and/or linens/towels change or new furniture are EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN.

SPECIAL SETUP:
Only on request we can arrange special setups for birthdays/honeymoons/anniversaries/proposals, in the photos of the ad there are some examples, synthetic rose petals spread on the ground of the main room, ornamental heart balloons, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" banner, electric candles on the floor, we can provide a Chianti/Brunello wine bottle or suggest you a professional photographer for a photo/video/drone set, we use of the collaboration of various agencies with years of experience, ask for a quote.

RULES:
Pets of any kind are NOT allowed, even service dogs (sorry but we are all allergic), in the apartment is absolutely FORBIDDEN to smoke (even at the window) and parties or events are NOT allowed. NO NOISE after 11pm until 8am.
Check-in is possible from 3pm, check-out must be ALWAYS BY 10am (not 10:10), any delay will be charged, we have stringent sanitation rules and we must start to clean at 10am.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
We can't hold your luggage before or after your stay, we haven't a specific location and we haven't insurance for that, if you'll need, there are 2 convenient luggage storage just 2 minutes from the apartment, in piazza San Lorenzo 6 or via Martelli 33 (Red), both have a cost of 6€/luggage.

Every problem or damage (a glass broked, a stain on the sofa, the washing machine clogged or other), must be communicated WHEN HAPPEN, not at the check-out time, so we can fix in time for the next guests, thanks

We kindly ask you to switch off all the utilities (TV, phon, water) when you not use them or when you leave the apartment, thank you very much.

SAFETY:
ALL THE APARTMENT IS AT YOUR COMPLETE AND PRIVATE DISPOSITION.

NO ONE WILL ENTER IN APARTMENT DURING YOUR STAY !!!!!!!!!
IF WE HAVE TO COME OR SEND SOMEONE TO THE APARTMENT FOR ANY REASON, IT WILL ALWAYS BE AGREED WITH YOU FIRST, THEN WE RECOMMEND TO DON'T OPEN THE DOOR TO ANYONE, FOR ANY REASON, EVEN IF SAYS HE IS THE OWNER !!!!
DUE TO RECENT FACTS HAPPENED IN THE CITY, DON'T LET TO ANYONE HELP YOU TO ENTER IN THE BUILDING AND CARRY THE LUGGAGE UP, THEY ARE PICKPOCKETS!!!!!!!!

For your security there are 4 cameras in the building stairs, all in common areas.

We provide 1 pair of keys (Building's door and apartment's door).

Since the keys are shared by many people from many years, the apartment's door have a security lock with a special key not duplicable without a card (Which we have), is an expensive key, for this reason, loss of the keys involves a charge of 400 Euro because someone must intervene promptly and change the entire lock cylinder, we can't help you from midnigh until 8am, pay very attention then!!

The power supply for civilian homes is limited to 3kW (3000W), it may happen that, if you use too many household appliances (AC, hairdryer, washing machine, induction plate) all together, the power may fail, you can simply restore it from the general switch, just up of the apartment's door, on the left.

VERY IMPORTANT:
The toilets have a pump that can grind and pump only toilet paper and organic waste, DON'T PUT ANYTHING than toilet paper in the wc (especially long hair, CLEANING WIPES, absorbents) and liquid in the sinks, there is an apposite basket in each bathroom, if you have wipes with you, pay very attention!!!!!!!!!!!!
If happen that accidentally throw something else than toilet paper, you MUST IMMEDIATELY COMMUNICATE to us, so we can send immediately our plumber for remove it from the pump (it have a cost of 200€), if you flush again and again you don't resolve the problem, on the contrary, the pump burn (it have a cost of 900€).

COMMUNICATION:
Since we are AIRBNB commercial partner, we don't accept direct reservations and AIRBNB chat is the only, easiest and faster way to stay in contact with us and for any payment, only here we can reply in few minutes (Usually, consider the time zone and/or other issues), it is essential that you install it in your smartphone, log in and turn on notifications for a best communication, it's very easy and completely free.
Due to a bad review about our communication, we want clarify that we are not stalker, we just want organize as best as possible YOUR stay, so if we send a message that finish with a question mark (?) probably is a question about your arrival hour (For organize the cleaner timetable) or we ask if YOU have access to the self check-in instructions and we wait for a reply, if you don't reply, we send another message 12h after asking "have you received our message?" because we want to make sure that YOU have access to the self check-in instructions IN ADVANCE, so YOU can easily access the apartment without being left outside the door because you can't find the instructions once here.
Also we send a message the evening before your check-out (Asking if, for some reason, you have planned to leave the apartment before the regular check-out which is at 10am, maybe you have already planned to leave at 8am, so we can send our cleaner 2 hours in advance), obviously for stays of 1 night, they will be in a short time, don't scary, just few questions ;-)

SERVICES:
Although the platform is called Airbnb, most of the listings present (including ours) have nothing to do with traditional Bed & Breakfast, the Italian legislation for this type of rental (Short time rental) FORBID the provision of any type of service (for ex. breakfast, daily change of linens/towels, daily cleaning, welcome kit, etc...), we can't even leave you a bottle of water, is considered "service", it is not our whim, it is the law, we are not an hotel or a bed and breakfast.

CHECK-IN;
We'll try to do our best to welcome you in person but we have 2 little childs, so between school, homework, sport....is very difficult to organize our time and we haven't a 24/7 reception, so probably we'll organize for your self check-in, is a very simple procedure and AIRBNB allow you to see all the instructions 48 hours before your arrival, in the application, searching "how to get in".

PARKING:
The historic center is 90% pedestrian area and WE ARE IN THE LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE (ZTL), you don't need car to move in Florence, ONLY resident people can freely enter and freely park in the historic center.
In case you'll come by car, you can enter and park it ONLY in a private parking, we have an agreement (Only for small and medium cars) for 36€/24h with a private parking just behind the street corner (Park2Go, via Ricasoli 18, just 90ft-30mt from us), booking is mandatory through their website by selecting "small car".
To get there you will enter in the Limited Traffic Zone (Ita. Zona Traffico Limitato, ZTL) passing under one of the telematic gate with red/green lighting (red from 7:30am to 8pm, green from 8pm to 7:30am), when you'll be at the parking just say that you are guests of "Attico Pucci", they will take care of downloading your license plate from the municipal website (for 1€) so as not to get you any fine, they will issue you a note which certifies your regularity and which you must keep to get the car back.

NOTE, we're not the owner of the parking, we don't know the availability and we can't reserve for you, they close during the night, check their website to be sure of the opening hours and for any question searching "Park2Go".

SUGGESTIONS:
The best period for coming to Florence is in the winter-low season from November to March, you can find less crowds, short lines, low prices and it's not too cold.
