Detached villa in the exclusive Oliva Nova Golf community. It is located 400 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the 18-hole golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros. It also features sports facilities (paddle tennis, tennis, etc.), a playground, a supermarket, a medical center, a pharmacy, and restaurants.

The villa sleeps 5–6 people and features 3 bedrooms (one with bunk beds), 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, pool, and private garden. It is fully equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, a hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, and all kitchenware and other items necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Bed linens and towels are provided.

La zona circostante

The beach stretches for several kilometers and is surrounded by a dune area under special ecological protection. Here, you can enjoy water sports such as skysurfing and sailing…

The residential area is located between the towns of Oliva and Denia. It is situated just a few minutes from the center of Oliva and a little further from the port of Denia, where you can enjoy a pleasant Mediterranean meal by the sea, as well as board one of the ferries heading to the Balearic Islands.

Just a few meters from the villa is a small shopping center with bars, a bank, a supermarket, an ice cream shop, takeout food, and a few small shops selling various items and newspapers.

It is also about 20 minutes from Gandía and Jávea, and about 30 minutes from the iconic Benidorm and the famous Terra Mítica theme park. You can go hiking, play tennis, padel, golf, and go cycling.
