The bathroom is inside the bedroom. The maximum capacity is 4 beds (2+2). Baby cot is also available. Outside the living room there is a small terrace with a wide and panoramic view of the Appia Antica park (Caffarella valley, mausoleum of Cecilia Metella, circus area and imperial palace of Maxentius).
Possibility to use the following extra services for a fee: i) guarded parking on the ground floor of the structure; ii) shuttle from Fiumicino airport at a cost of 60 euros.

The structure is also connected to the historic city (Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Palatine Hill, Capitoline Hill, etc.) by bus number 87. The bus stop is near the entrance to the building. The structure is a few steps from the entrance to the Appia Antica park and at the height of the II (second mile) of the Appia Antica. The distance to the Colosseum is 3.7 km, The bike rental is about 100 meters from the apartment.
