Living room
The first floor has been decorated to live the unique position of this holiday accommodation. The wide living / dining area is totally embraced by panoramic windows. All comforts available: satellite TV 50 inches, fireplace, DVD, stereo.
Bedrooms
There are five bedrooms: one double room with panoramic window, double bedroom with fireplace and panoramic window, a double room with private bathroom and double panoramic window, a double room with view on the close hill and, finally, the manor room with king size bed, hand painted fireplace, panoramic window and private bath with Jacuzzi. Each room has cable flat TV. Two other bathrooms on the floor.

2 en suite (one with Jacuzzi bath) and 2 bathrooms in sleeping floor in main house, 1 bathroom in annex, 1 outside bathroom in pool area
Relax area
The floor of the holiday villa consists of a studio, a major study to relax on comfortable sofas: the PC line and Wi-Fi available for those unwilling to lose any touch with the online world
Recreation area
The lower floor is devoted to leisure: has billiard room, library and a game room with ping-pong and board games available.
Garage
The wide garage can park up to 4 / 5 cars (NOT suitable for high cars i.e. SUV type, maximum height 1.90).
Dependance
The side structure can offer places to four people and has a double bedroom, with a single bed and a pull-out bed, kitchenette and bathroom.
Outside
The main part of the holiday villa has all around terraced gardens, with a kinder garden, a small area for street basketball and a table tennis. The swimming pool (5m x 14m, open from 01/05 to 30/09), offers teak sun beds, and rocking chairs, bathroom / dressing room, outdoor shower, immersed in a Mediterranean garden. The shaded patio with a wood sofa and a glass table with Cd Hi fi, overlooks the sea offering perfect location for cool drinks, while the barbecue, the kitchen outside and wood oven will assure al fresco dining.

Villa Solidea is located in the heart of the Sorrentino Peninsula, few miles from the center of Sorrento and Positano, the gateway to the Amalfi Coast. Sant 'Agata sui due Golfi, just 3 km from Villa Sole di Capri, is the excellence in tourism. With its international soul, Sant'Agata is a climate and gastronomic cool center and has an excellent location offering panoramic views, between the Gulf of Naples and the one of Salerno. For trekkers the area is the perfect starting point; there are, in fact, in its wide and wild territory, hundreds of trails that offer breathtaking views and silence, far from the noise of city life.
